The Director, Field Medical Affairs (FMA) will lead and manage a regional MSL team, driving scientific engagement, and supporting the tactical execution of medical affairs strategies for COVID-19/Virology. This role ensures effective field-based medical activities, fosters MSL development, and maintains compliance and scientific exchange.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and develop a regional MSL team, fostering their growth and managing performance, coach on day-to-day operations
- Strategic Implementation: Implement field-based medical plans and objectives that support Medical Affairs strategies for products and associated disease states
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with KOLs and emerging thought leaders, facilitating scientific exchange and engagement.
