Field Director, Eye Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and retention of key talent.
• Building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Establishes a productive work environment by creating trust and respect.

Coaching and Mentoring:

• Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to MSLs regarding their individual performance and progress.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and facilitate growth and succession planning.
• Regular field travel combined with data analysis.

Strategy and Execution:

• Maintain deep understanding of therapeutic strategy and interpretation of analytics to inform and maximize Core Capabilities.
• Accountable for the direction and execution of regional goals/objectives and territory plans.
• Maximizes In-Field Team Effectiveness.
