Sr Manager, Data Analytics and Engineering

Looking for a Sr Manager of Data Analytics and Engineering to join our Data team. This person will manage a team of analytics engineers/data analysts, while working closely with product managers, and software engineers to support data product launches and data roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have data infrastructure and data architecture skills, a proven track record of leading and scaling data teams, operational skills to drive efficiency and speed, project management leadership, and a vision for how data can proactively improve companies. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics engineers (BI and data warehousing), fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Build and drive the vision of data as a product across company verticals (finance, sales, operations, etc.). Translate high-level business goals into actionable team objectives and individual contributions. Scale our data technology stack by managing data sets into our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool. Drive data quality across the product vertical and related business areas. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and serve as a bridge between senior leadership and the team, ensuring alignment on priorities and organizational vision. Standardize the team’s operations and improve key team metrics.
