Seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and creative Virtual Assistant to support a growing HR and training consultancy. This role combines marketing execution and strategy with administrative support, ensuring the company maintains a consistent digital presence while streamlining back-end operations. The position begins part-time (20 hrs/week) with the intention to transition into a full-time role as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through consistent posting. Create engaging graphics, short videos, and reels for campaigns. Draft, format, and schedule client-facing emails and newsletters. Support marketing strategy execution, including Zoho funnels and digital campaigns .Assist with email inbox management and maintain organized client communications and digital records. Provide support with book launch tasks and outreach campaigns.
