Sr. Product Manager

The HealthySteps Senior Product Manager's role focuses on managing the implementation, enhancement, and support for clinical data collection and reporting tools that can be used across pediatric healthcare sites. The successful candidate will have clinical data workflows and Health Information Exchange (HIE) experience, and will serve as a bridge between clinical teams, IT vendors, and internal stakeholders. They will oversee vendors, develop product roadmaps, and lead the implementation of data collection and reporting tools at clinical sites. This role includes stakeholder engagement, gathering requirements, leading data quality assurance, analyzing systems, and developing training materials. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with internal teams, clinical staff, and external partners to understand data collection and reporting needs, and they will design and test new features in data collection and reporting tools based on user feedback and clinical requirements.
