Role and Position Objectives:

  • As a software engineer for the GAIAA team, you'll develop and deploy the GDMS enterprise environment for accessing AI assistants.
  • You'll help employees find information, analyze content, draft materials, automate tasks, and build AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new features across frontend/backend boundaries.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ship fixes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to maintain a large codebase.

Required Skillset:

  • Strong understanding of software development process and engineering principles.
  • Experience leading design, build, and deployment of complex software solutions in production.
  • Mastery with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Git, Bash.

Workplace Options:

  • This position is remote, with proximity to a GDMS facility required.
  • On-site collaboration may be required as needed.
