LEAD PRODUCT DESIGN FOR CUSTOMER PROJECTS:
- Work directly with customers to understand their operations, pain points, and success criteria.
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Own the design direction for deployments, ensuring intuitive and consistent experiences.
BRIDGE CUSTOMERS, PRODUCT, AND ENGINEERING:
- Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure alignment on design, build, and ship.
- Turn customer conversations into actionable design decisions and implementation-ready specs.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
BUILD REUSABLE DESIGN PATTERNS:
- Identify recurring customer needs and interaction patterns across deployments.
- Contribute learnings back into Tailor's design system, UI libraries, and templates.
- Improve internal handoff flows and design documentation for faster future deployments.
SHAPE THE PRODUCT ROADMAP:
- Distill customer insights into strategic product themes and feature opportunities.
- Partner with product and engineering to prioritize improvements that advance platform vision.
