Tax Director

Tax Strategy & Structuring:

• Lead corporate tax strategy across U.S. federal, state, and international jurisdictions.
• Provide tax structuring guidance for corporate investments, transactions, entity formations, and reorganizations.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on tax implications of M&A, capital markets activity, and cross-border operations.

Controls & Compliance:

• Oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including income tax, indirect tax, and information reporting.
• Design and maintain strong internal controls and scalable tax processes.
• Ensure audit readiness and high-quality documentation across all jurisdictions.

Operational Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing tax function, including processes, systems, and team development.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business teams.
• Lead complex, multi-threaded projects from planning through execution.
