About the Role:
- Dia is a browser enhanced with agentic capabilities that reason over untrusted web content and take actions on the user's behalf.
- You'll work ahead of the product, threat modeling new surfaces and reviewing features before they reach users.
- You'll partner closely with engineers who own remediation and report to the Head of Security.
Technical Projects:
- Set up continuous AI-assisted vulnerability discovery using commercial and open-source models.
- Plan and run regular AI-assisted red team exercises against Dia and infrastructure.
- Define structural fixes that eliminate entire classes of vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in offensive security with a record of finding real bugs in reviewed software.
- Depth in LLM agent systems, browser internals, OS sandboxing, or backend infrastructure.
- Production-quality code in Go, TypeScript, Python, or Swift.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range is $225,000-$300,000 USD plus equity.
- Remote-friendly company with the option to work from the Brooklyn office.
- Hiring in North American time zones with 4+ hours overlap with Eastern Time.
