Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

This is a full-time, remote role, open to candidates in the United States or Canada with the ability to work hours overlapping with Eastern Time. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director of FP&A will play a critical role, fostering consensus and commitment to implement management reporting across corporate functions; including budget versus actual analysis, acquisition integration, margin improvements, and KPIs. The role involves driving operations finance strategy and developing a forward-thinking approach to forecasting, margin enhancement, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be a business partner with operations, sales, and HR teams, improve internal reporting processes, and provide commercial insight. You will also work with the data team to build dashboards and visualization tools, perform in-depth analysis of company performance, lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and oversee the preparation of financial reports and KPI analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
