Senior Data Scientist

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and decision frameworks.
• Analyze user behavior, creator activity, and content ecosystems to identify opportunities.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other causal measurement approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related role with expert SQL and Python/R.
• Strong product sense and experience translating ambiguous problems into structured analyses.
• Experience designing experiments and building dashboards or data products.
