Job Description
Continuously ship quality products by writing well organized, testable and scalable code. Develop and launch new features and product enhancements as part of a Product team. Provide technical leadership to others within the engineering organization by influencing, coaching and mentoring other engineers on the team in effective design patterns and software implementation through pairing, and code reviews. Identify critical process issues and work with engineering leadership to prioritize and mitigate them. Support a large/complex product that operates in a 24x7 production environment, including an on call rotation. Collaborate with Product Management and lead major feature design and implementation from concept to shipping. Writing clear and concise documentation.
