Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a strategic community engagement plan supporting commercial, access, and brand objectives.
  • Lead development of referral pathway strategies between Authorized Treatment Centers and community practices.

Strategic Partnership & Alignment:

  • Partner with Market Access and brand teams to align community efforts with access strategies and brand priorities.
  • Provide community expertise to customer segmentation and engagement planning efforts.

Operational & Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contracting, administrative processes, and budget management for community initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with corporate policies and healthcare regulations.

Required Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of biopharmaceutical experience in commercial, marketing, or strategy roles.
  • 5+ years of oncology and/or cell therapy commercial experience strongly preferred.
