Job Description
Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute a cohesive credit strategy unifying credit activities.
- Lead and align cross-functional credit teams for strategic consistency.
- Ensure operational excellence and measurable results across business lines.
Credit Underwriting:
- Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of borrowers.
- Perform detailed reviews of loan tapes and evaluate legal structures.
- Assess the enforceability and quality of collateral across diverse instruments.
Risk:
- Design and oversee comprehensive credit risk frameworks.
- Monitor key performance and risk indicators on a continuous basis.
- Develop internal stress-testing models to evaluate portfolio resilience.
Required Profile:
- 6+ years in Repo Trading, Prime Brokerage, Structured Finance, or Fixed Income.
- Proven track record of managing a book of business.
- Proficiency in Python for querying on-chain data and automating tasks.
