About the Role:
- Act as a key liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacies.
- Own a queue of active clinical cases, reviewing and resolving them.
- Engage in high-volume, outcome-driven phone outreach.

Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license with multistate privilege under NLC.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in medication management or care coordination.
- Strong knowledge of drug classes and clinical interaction risks.
