Job Description
As a Learning Experience Designer in Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing technical training materials to facilitate the implementation, use, administration, and support of our technology. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across Customer Success and ExtraHop at large to create delightful digital learning experiences optimized for comprehension, application, and retention. 
Key responsibilities include developing tutorials and explainer videos, applying learning theory and instructional design best practices, and cultivating relationships with SMEs to identify knowledge gaps. You will also conduct independent research, create and deploy courses within the learning management system, execute quality assurance reviews, and update aging assets. The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, demonstrated ability to develop instructional content on complex subjects, and experience with Adobe Creative tools and LMS administration.
