Compliance and Security Lead

About the Role:

• You'll own Ada's security compliance program end to end: audits, customer trust, vendor risk, and vulnerability management.
• You'll automate evidence collection and control monitoring so the team is audit-ready year-round, not just from August through November.
• You'll be the external face of Ada's security posture in conversations with enterprise prospects and customers.

Who You Are:

• You bring deep audit experience across SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, AICPA, and PII/privacy requirements.
• You've taken manual compliance programs and driven them toward automation with Drata or similar platforms.
• You're a proactive owner who builds sustainable process, documentation, and tooling over heroics.
