The Position:

  • Deliver industry-leading medical communications services, including call center support for product information requests.
  • Work from a home office in Europe, with US hours (2pm-2am CET), to support global clients.

Essential Duties:

  • Triage and respond to drug information inquiries, and disseminate responses verbally or in writing.
  • Perform adverse event intake and generate reports following client SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate quality-related complaint processes and collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences or healthcare degree with strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
  • Mother tongue fluency in English and additional European languages (C1/C2) with strong translation skills.
  • Preferred: MSc in Life Sciences, call center or pharmaceutical experience, and medical writing expertise.
