Responsibilities:

  • Completely and accurately document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints.
  • Conduct study compliance calls and enroll participants in educational seminars.
  • Provide patient support and collect demographic data for product fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and valid pharmacist license in the province of practice.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work rotating shifts between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST.
