Responsibilities:
- Completely and accurately document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints.
- Conduct study compliance calls and enroll participants in educational seminars.
- Provide patient support and collect demographic data for product fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and valid pharmacist license in the province of practice.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to work rotating shifts between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST.
