Job Description
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will implement KBR’s Performance Excellence (KPEX) program, assist in DMAIC processes, and coordinate Zero Harm Culture. Develop and implement quality management systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct regular audits, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide support for digital technology integration, maintain quality standards, and provide technical expertise for the Quality program. Support the validation of contractually required standards, align quality management functions, and provide training. Develop and maintain quality documentation, lead root cause analysis, report quality metrics, foster continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to travel 40-60%.
