- Own and evolve the paid digital marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities, audience strategies, and growth channels that support long-term scale.
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing paid assets aligned with brand standards and campaign goals.
Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy:
- Develop integrated digital growth strategies that support revenue targets, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead testing strategies across creative, landing pages, messaging, audience segmentation, and media buying tactics.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive campaign execution across marketing channels without directly owning retention channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Own digital marketing reporting and communicate channel performance, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.
- Champion a culture of testing, optimization, and performance accountability across the digital marketing function.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition trends, and channel data to inform future investment decisions.
