EVS Program Manager

The EVS Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the Environmental Services sites to ensure that facilities are clean and are welcoming for all occupants. The EVS Program Manager is accountable for the oversight of assigned government contracts. They build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees, develop & retain staff, coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the EVS Program, providing quality customer service. The manager maintains weekly operating schedules and completion of deliverables and other required tasks. Travel to sites – occasional extended stay is required. Key responsibilities include managing multiple facets of the Environmental Services as well as creating, managing, adjusting, and adhering to monthly and annual budgets. They must maintain Asset Logs and Inventory, meet all Performance Work Statement requirements, build a positive rapport with clients, and resolve any issues presented by them within the confines of the contracts. The manager plans, organizes, and communicates daily operational priorities and client requests. They also manage financial budget, labor planning and cost controls required of the contracts and cultivate a strong safety culture to provide a safe work environment.
