Lead Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Software Test Engineer to join our team, in this key role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic, long-term solutions to complex technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers and leaders across teams, to establish and promote best practices in software testing and quality assurance. As a Lead Software Test Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, planned work and ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of the solutions developed. The Lead Quality Engineer be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing world-class testing services focused on SPS enterprise application such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, and Salesforce. This includes Test Strategy and Plans, Test Scenarios and Scripts, Test Execution, and Test Automation. The role helps develop the solutions you propose, remaining connected to the team and playing a key role in the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and adoption of impactful business solutions.
