Catalog Operations Specialist

As a Catalog Optimization Specialist, you'll support the maintenance and enhancement of our product catalog to drive customer savings and improve monetization. You'll work behind the scenes to identify vendor sources, action pricing updates, and ensure our substitute products are accurately represented for smart optimization decisions. You'll play a key role in optimizing live orders—analyzing real-time data to recommend substitutions or adjustments that maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction and fulfillment efficiency. Key Responsibilities include adding or updating vendor pricing and availability for high-volume and high-impact SKUs, mapping product substitutes and suggesting viable alternatives and executing catalog enhancements to reduce customer friction and improve fulfillment rates.
