Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of AST's responsibilities across multiple workstreams.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program data for performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Develop milestone tracking tools, KPIs, executive dashboards, and recurring reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
  • Two to five years of experience supporting federal, state, or industry programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with federal contracts, performance management, KPI development, or operational analytics.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting AI, workforce development, or technology commercialization initiatives.

Additional Information:

  • Position is contingent upon award and execution of a subcontract.
  • Multiple positions may be filled based on project needs and funding.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
