Support execution of AST's responsibilities across multiple workstreams.
Collect, analyze, and report program data for performance monitoring and decision-making.
Develop milestone tracking tools, KPIs, executive dashboards, and recurring reports.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
Two to five years of experience supporting federal, state, or industry programs.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with federal contracts, performance management, KPI development, or operational analytics.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Experience supporting AI, workforce development, or technology commercialization initiatives.

Additional Information:

Position is contingent upon award and execution of a subcontract.
Multiple positions may be filled based on project needs and funding.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
