Facilities Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Apply facilities management experience and engineering techniques to support facility infrastructure projects for a National Capital Region customer.
• Oversee data collection and analysis for portfolio-level real property health, forecasting, and planning.
• Manage client relationships, draft reports, and support decision-making across organizational levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering and 6+ years of federal facility management experience.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and experience with large-scale CMMS such as Archibus, MAXIMO, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products and handling multiple complex tasks.
