Senior AI LLM Engineer

Evolve Frontify’s platform capabilities and deliver useful everyday tools to our customers. Innovate and work on creative solutions to help customers manage their Frontify organizations and resources more efficiently. You’ll work with our Search & AI team and play a critical role in elevating our team's performance and capabilities. With your deep expertise in backend development, you will handle new challenges independently, from architecture and planning to implementation. Design, build, and optimize LLM-powered applications – including human-in-the-loop and fully autonomous systems – ensuring they're scalable, reliable, and context-aware. Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (open-source and commercial) into production workflows using tools like LangChain or custom-built frameworks. Test, validate, and continuously refine system behavior through context engineering, scenario-based stress testing, and iterative improvements to deliver high-quality, consistent, and grounded responses.
