Lead UX Product Designer

As the initial Product UX/UI Designer, an integral part of the role involves shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, is crucial to design intuitive, user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives, thereby creating cohesive and efficient products. This position presents a unique opportunity to implement design best practices, develop a scalable design system, and to influence the overall design culture within the company. The Lead UX Product Designer will lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wireframing to final UI design and usability testing. This role also involves development and maintenance of a design system and advocating for user-centered design principles.
