This experienced Product Designer role is an exciting opportunity to re-imagine the future of email across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. You’ll work cross functionally alongside designers, front-end engineers, and open-source contributors to shape user experiences that are intuitive and accessible. This role is responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, and interfaces.

The project focuses on leading the design for the core platform, with a primary goal of shaping the future of workforce management and emerging marketplace products. The initiative involves redefining user experiences, improving platform functionality, and driving innovation to support both businesses and workers.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with our design team, product leads, and engineering partners to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and user needs. You will develop subject matter expertise for assigned portion of the application and author functional specifications including narrative and light wire frames to shape user experience and product functionality.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you should have experience across the end-to-end product design cycle, including user research, journey maps, wireframes, through to delivery of final designs. You will strategize and execute the product vision by being heavily involved in the end-to-end product design process. Designs should empower confident, effective decisions.
