Financial Services Associate, Mortgage

As a Financial Services Associate, Mortgage you will have a robust introduction to the mortgage industry. You will rotate among different disciplines, shadowing for an education and understanding of the responsibilities, tasks, and/or functions performed and how they relate in the mortgage process. The objective is for you to gain a better understanding of the mortgage industry and work environment, build a professional network and identify a position or discipline shadowed for a path to pursue. If a department-specific position is not available after the rotation period, you will remain in a floater capacity, assisting various departments as needed, until a fixed position becomes available. You are expected to follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the company. It is the philosophy of the company that everyone is our customer.
