Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager in CCIP, you will provide dedicated and empathetic leadership to the team, while setting and owning the roadmap. You will be responsible for independently producing OKRs and collaborating smoothly with cross functional stakeholders. In this role, you will have an impact at an organizational level, so it is important that you are comfortable collaborating with executives across the business. The Engineering Manager should have a minimum of 6 years experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. They should have excellent communication and ability to collaborate closely with internal and external partners on a broad range of business topics and drive engineering initiatives. Also, they should possess deep knowledge in Distributed Systems, Performance, Scalability and Observability.
