Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

• Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects across the US healthcare payer space at the intersection of cloud technology and healthcare.
• Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client implementations, partnering with technical, clinical, and client-facing teams.
• Offer a clear path into senior PMO leadership and deep exposure to modern cloud-based data infrastructure.

Your Day to Day:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate with Client Delivery Managers to translate requirements into delivery objectives, milestones, and dependencies.
• Apply standard PM practices across Schedule, Risk, Communications, and Stakeholder Management.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 10+ years leading technically complex IT projects, with 8+ years in a dedicated PM role and a consistent track record of on-time delivery.
• Proven ability to drive projects through full lifecycle using standard PMO artifacts like Project Charter, RAID, RACI, and schedules.
• Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare IT implementations, with payer-side experience strongly preferred.
