Director, Program (Bilingual English/Spanish ELA)

Implement excellent programmatic services and manage programmatic projects to meet the goals, including professional learning content development projects, professional learning implementation with state and district systems, and direct coaching to teacher or leader. Act as a content area expert aligned with organizational needs, such as subject-area expertise in ELA, math, science, or social studies curriculum. Design high-quality, research-based, user-centered professional learning content, services, and tools/resources, and continuously refine and develop high-quality professional learning content and implement professional learning. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of key research and guidance in the field.
