Responsibilities:
- Provide senior technical and operational support for enterprise clients on hybrid legacy Windows/Linux and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis, reproduce issues, develop fixes, and validate through automated test suites.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized workloads on AWS EKS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in product support or implementation in healthcare, with strong SQL, programming, and EDI skills.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
