Key Responsibilities:
- Directly lead and develop the Fraud & Payments Risk team, managing performance and serving as a sounding board.
- Own fraud systems evolution, driving strategic initiatives for detection tooling, decisioning infrastructure, and process scaling.
Operational & Partnership Management:
- Own major fraud escalations, leading incident response for high-exposure cases and authoring post-mortems.
- Manage the sponsor bank partnership as the primary point of contact for fraud program alignment, audits, and collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in fraud or financial crime, with start-up/fintech experience and a proven track record as a people manager.
- Domain expertise in payment rails and regulatory frameworks, coupled with an analytical and builder's mindset for scaling functions.
