Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of the IFRS Foundation's governance and organisational strategy.
- Appoint members to the IASB, ISSB, and other advisory bodies.
- Ensure the Foundation operates in the public interest.
Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience from any professional background with interest in corporate reporting.
- Knowledge of finance, global standards, and current market issues.
- Commitment to serving the public interest and understanding adoption challenges.
Time Commitment:
- Attend at least three three-day meetings per year at various global locations.
- Serve on Trustee committees and engage with stakeholders in the European region.
