Your Role:
- Design and maintain mission-critical brokerage systems and microservices.
- Lead regional engineering initiatives, mentor talent, and act as incident commander.
Who You Are:
- Strong Go or similar backend experience with event-driven design.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, global team.
