Real Estate Writer and Subject Matter Expert

Seeking a writer with subject matter expertise in real estate to join our client’s in-house development team in a part-time contract role. The contract includes 120 hours of work, with availability at 20-25 hours/week. The writer will be responsible for rebuilding the real estate course catalog, revamping the real estate library and CE series, completing approximately 3-4 CE courses, and delivering a high-priority project specific to South Carolina Real Estate Continuing Education. Writers will work from outlines and structured deliverables provided by the head writer. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining online course content related to real estate licensure and continuing education, collaborating with internal development and regulatory teams, and ensuring content reflects the latest regulatory changes across different states, with special emphasis on the South Carolina CE track.
