Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of content engineers, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative culture where engineers learn from one another and contribute to shared patterns and documentation.
- Set vision and priorities for the team, track progress to goals, and provide coaching to ensure team members exceed expectations.
DITA & Structured Content:
- Serve as the organization's hands-on expert in DITA and modular structured authoring.
- Work within College Board's DITA/XDocs environment to improve topic structures and publishing workflows.
- Expand the usage of the current system to include new content and publish for a wider set of platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with design systems, frontend engineering, product designers, and content creators to align structured content.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on transformations, APIs, and integrations connecting authoring systems.
- Provide clear guidance and documentation to help teams adopt structured content practices.
