Sr. Product Designer, Growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with AI tools to accelerate the design process and innovate on product designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well-documented.
• Ship experiments and features end-to-end leveraging AI tools and workflows.

Required Skills:

• Experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, interaction design, and attention to detail, and AI usage.
• Mobile-first design experience (iOS and Android experience).
• Deep, hands-on experience with AI design tools, actively using AI to enhance speed, quality, and creative exploration.

AI-Native Expectations:

• Curiosity and experimentation: actively explore AI tools to understand their capabilities.
• Judgment and ownership: evaluate AI outputs against user needs, brand, and product goals.
• Team leadership: share workflows, prompts, and tools back to the team.
