Staff Systems Engineer - Data Infra

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, your contributions will directly address critical challenges, such as strategic direction and evolution, architectural Leadership, incident management and resolution, and performance optimization. You will champion the development and adoption of advanced automation solutions, including leveraging AI and AI agents with new frameworks like LangGraph. You will also oversee the development of more classical automation tools. You will design and implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection mechanisms to ensure the proactive identification and prevention of potential issues. Mentoring less senior SREs, fostering a culture of reliability engineering excellence, and leading technical initiatives within the team will also be key.
