As the Global Marketing Director at Nubank, you will build and structure the Global Brand team from the ground up, forming a lean team to drive our brand strategy. This Director is responsible for building the foundational brand frameworks, enabling local market teams with guidelines and tools, and driving a scalable marketing structure that balances central oversight with decentralized execution.
Co-design with Product Designers to deeply understand user's pain points. Partner with UX Researchers to analyze research results and create texts. Work with Designers, Brand Managers, Product Managers, and Copywriters to set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across platforms. Write clear, consistent user-interface content and advocate for Content Design across teams.
