Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with Product Designers to gain a thorough understanding of user pain points, partner with UX Researchers to analyze research results, and work with cross-functional teams to establish a content vision and cohesive product narratives. Your responsibilities include writing clear and concise user-interface content, emails, and push notifications while adhering to Nubank's UX Content Guidelines, advocating for Content Design, and proposing A/B tests to improve content and guarantee inclusive decision-making. You will also build a deep understanding of the product audience to enhance the UX Content Guide to improve our current UX Content Guide.
