This individual serves as the single point of contact for new practice implementations and hospital partnerships — coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning with hospital executives, and ensuring successful and timely launches. The Implementation Program Manager acts as the primary operational liaison for hospital executives during the implementation period and translates internal milestones into clear external communications.
