Responsibilities:

  • Own production execution for marketing campaigns end-to-end, including schedules, run-of-show, on-set coordination, asset tracking, and feedback cycles
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to own production contracts, rights/clearances, SOWs, and production budgets on production-heavy workstreams
  • Build simple, repeatable workflows and documentation to increase production velocity without sacrificing quality

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on production experience across social, digital, or brand campaigns, including on-set coordination and vendor management
  • Demonstrated ownership of production schedules, budgets, contracts/rights, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with creative, marketing, legal, and external partners
