Position Overview:
- Support payer audits and medical record reviews with accurate documentation.
- Manage CMS contractor appeals and clinical submission processes.
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to maintain regulatory readiness.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with 3+ years home health or hospice leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and clinical documentation audits.
- Experience with EMR systems, payer portals, and remote work.
