- Utilize clinical judgment and internal software to evaluate patient documentation.
- Identify gaps and produce clear, standardized review outputs at high throughput.
- Requires attention to detail, comfort with structured workflows, and the ability to operate efficiently at scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Review patient charts and documentation against defined coverage criteria work with internal AI software.
- Apply structured processes to determine documentation sufficiency.
- Incorporate feedback from QA and continuously improve accuracy and speed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Active RN license (BSN preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of clinical experience OR prior utilization review / documentation review experience.
- Strong written communication skills
