Work on UX and UI for both web and native mobile, focusing on clarity and trustworthiness.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product to make key decisions.
Pitch in on marketing design when needed.

What You'll Do:

Design for JTX across web and mobile, including order entry, market data, charts, positions, execution visibility, onboarding, and wallet flows.
Take features from problem definition through UX and final UI.
Own and improve the design system and token library used by engineers.

Requirements:

Strong product sense and ability to justify design decisions.
Comfortable across research, UX, and UI.
Independent yet collaborative, with proactive communication.
Fluent in Figma and experienced with token-based design systems.

Preferred (not required):

Experience designing consumer crypto or fintech products.
Experience with trading terminals, exchange products, or data-dense interfaces.
Background building or maintaining token-based design systems.
