Senior Product Manager, Options (Backend Facing)

Drive the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for Options trading backend systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability. The Senior Product Manager will own core backend product components like order management, risk engine, pricing models, and settlement systems, ensuring robust trading infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, Quant Developers, Trading System Architects, and DevOps is essential to define technical product requirements and deliver scalable backend solutions. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from technical feasibility assessment and system design to rollout, monitoring, and continuous optimization. The role involves deep analysis of system metrics, trading behavior, latency issues, and error logs to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive improvements. Stay informed on regulatory requirements, exchange-level protocols, and industry standards to ensure backend systems are compliant and up to date.
