Role Overview:
- Fully remote position based in the US with up to 10% annual travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive DRG coding audits and validate DRG assignments.
- Document overpayments with references to coding regulations and clinical documentation.
- Utilize encoder tools like 3M and Webstrat to improve audit accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of MS-DRG/APR-DRG inpatient coding experience.
- Professional certification such as CCS, CIC, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT.
- Strong proficiency with 3M and Webstrat auditing platforms.
